Position Summary:

  • Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team to gather and analyze client requirements, assist in developing implementation plans, and work with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects.
  • Interacts directly with plan sponsors, addresses inquiries, and provides guidance during the implementation process, contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.
  • Facilitates mutually-beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
  • Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in implementation or project management.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior implementation and/or project management experience in the health insurance industry.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $122,400.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
