Customer Service Representative Onsite
Our client has openings on the Medication Benefits team! The Customer Service Representative will serve as frontline support to engage customers via phone, email, and chat. The Customer Service Representative will assist with pharmacy inquiries relating to benefits, accounts, navigation, literacy, and general support.
Daily Duties
- Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle phones and email to answer inquiries concerning prescription benefits.
- Utilize healthcare information systems to research issues for customers regarding prescription benefits.
- Quickly and efficiently identify customer needs, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
- Build positive relationships by listening and showing empathy.
- Go above and beyond with customer service to ensure that all questions are handled appropriately.
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics.
- Understand and adhere to all rules of conduct.

- Monday and Tuesday (12:30pm-9pm) and Thursday thru Saturday (1pm-9pm)
- Sunday and Monday (12:30pm-9pm) and Tuesday thru Thursday (1pm-9pm)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.33 - $19.33/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
