Customer Service Leader Opportunity

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Leader to join our client's team in a direct placement opportunity. This role is hybrid in Omaha, NE with an insurance company. The chosen candidate will start as soon as possible!

Manage a team of customer service and licensed representatives; including but not limited to coaching, 1:1 meetings, mentoring, and encouraging. Track attendance for representatives including approving and recording paid time off, recording unexcused absences and tardiness, and adjusting break/lunch schedule change requests. Assist with the handling of BBB, DOI, and social media complaints and communicate the results to the requesting party. Manage complex issues that the team cannot resolve, which may include interacting with policy holders. Work in tandem with the Performance Coach to monitor reps' performance using productivity metrics. Work in tandem with trainers to ensure the team stays up to date on all processes and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to obtain property and casualty insurance license or have it active
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective communication, decision making, time management, and critical thinking skills

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $51000.00/yr. Some highlights of our benefits are:
