We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Accounts Service Specialist to join our electric utility team at LES. In this role, you will support our customers by ensuring accurate billing and payment posting for all electric accounts, managing invoicing and payments for miscellaneous account revenue streams, performing detailed reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and integrity, and overseeing account maintenance to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining and reviewing electric accounts for retail customers of LES. Responsible for billing large or complex accounts. Serves as the liaison between departments for all questions related to billing and customer account questions. Sets the stage for tone of interaction by projecting a positive and professional, customer-focused image of LES. Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or G.E.D., and at least two years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, accounts maintenance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
