Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibilities

Successfully manage some of our key corporate accounts and prospects (Retail, Petrol, Transportation, Real-Estate etc.). You will be responsible for the P&L of the individual accounts, building a pipeline of profitable new business and ensuring you develop and maintain solid relationships with our new and existing customers.

  • To be responsible for specific accounts and deliver revenue and contribution targets.
  • Establish, maintain and build relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Identify all product and customer-based opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer demand forecasts for designated account portfolios and work closely with the operations team to deliver agreed service and availability targets with our customers.
  • Identify profitable opportunities for the deployment of ATMs in both existing and new corporate accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market realities across the market area, including the competition.
  • Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
  • Provide Directors and Managers with market feedback.
  • Attend various industry trade shows and customer conferences as required.
  • Close deals with customers that facilitate the deployment of ATMs.
  • Identify areas of improvement across existing customer ATM estate.
  • Ensure any non-productive ATMs are brought back online as quickly as possible.
  • Regularly visit existing ATM estate to ensure knowledge is gained of good/poor performing ATMs.
  • Create monthly reports for account base.
  • Prepare and attend regular customer facing meetings.
  • Accurately log and follow-up conference calls/meetings with necessary action points.
  • Plan and manage personal pipeline in-line with territory and business development strategy and objectives.
  • Manage accounts according to commercial requirements and sales processes.
  • Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
  • Ensure contractual commitments are met through regular analysis of performance.
  • Liaise with internal departments at NCR Atleos.
  • Regularly review site specific information held on the company system.
  • Other ad hoc duties, including the improvement of general business information

Competence & Skills Required

  • Understanding of financial data - budgets, P&L etc.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on trends and patterns.
  • Ability to pitch recommendations for change
  • Strategic and hands on approach.
  • Be able to think and act systematically.

  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and executives.
  • High level of attention to detail is a must.
  • Effective communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
  • Possess and be able to demonstrate the company's core values.
  • Previous success and experience in selling into and managing relationships and large contracts for high profile accounts.
  • Ability to proactively suggest new ways of approaching tasks to provide a better service to our customer base.
  • Excellent planning and prioritising skills in a fast paced environment
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and ideally Salesforce

German language is mandatory.
