Direct Assistance Fund Coordinator

Manage and coordinate DAF (Direct Assistance Fund) tasks.

Monitor's financial process including tracking

Proactively manages outstanding invoices and communicates budget discrepancies and spending trends to corresponding directors and supervisor

Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures.

Creates moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheet, and visual presentations for projects.

Collaborate with multi-level Admin support staff to maintain support for the department and special projects as needed.

Develops and provides education on Direct Assistance Fund

Collaborate with programs and grants managers

Coordinates project activities, schedules meetings, communicates with stakeholders, tracks progress, and ensures timely completion of tasks.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists with the development of project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinates project meetings and communicates updates to team members.
  • Monitors project progress alongside project manager and identifies any potential risks or issues.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Prepares and maintains project documentation and reports.
  • Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation for the project.
  • Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required.
