Customer Service Representative – Sme Accelerate Team

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our SME accelerate team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications, while ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes. The ideal candidate will have JD Edwards (JDE) experience and the ability to work within well-defined procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve claims and complaints fairly and effectively in compliance with consumer laws.
  • Validate and process purchase orders accurately using JDE and other systems.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry and proactively address discrepancies.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Support internal teams by providing timely responses and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Develop improvement plans based on customer feedback and surveys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that inform and educate customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a structured environment.
  • JD Edwards (JDE) experience required.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within well-defined procedures and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
