This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week). What You Will Do

Nasdaq calculates thousands of indexes that are utilized across numerous investment vehicles globally, including our flagship Nasdaq-100, thematic exposures, quantitative strategies, ESG, and nascent markets. Our Index Client Services team supports market participants around the world and is the first point of contact for our valued clients. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and strive to continually develop and improve the client experience, setting our products and services apart in the market.

We are looking for Index Client Services Analyst to join our growing team and support some of the largest financial institutions globally. You can expect a collaborative, fast-paced, and constantly evolving work environment where you are recognized for your results and ability to drive things forward proactively and persistently.   • Support clients who utilize Nasdaq indexes and corresponding products
  • Support institutional partners who disseminate Nasdaq indexes through their platforms
  • Address day-to day inquiries regarding index data and products
  • Act as technical liaisons between clients and internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring that our clients' expectations and KPIs are met
  • Work with clients and partners to define business and system requirements, implementing processes to streamline interactions whenever possible
  • Prepare and distribute proactive client communications regarding index news and announcements
  • Capture intelligence from client interactions into CRM system
  • Work with the global Index Client Services team on various ongoing initiatives to improve the client experience
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients in conjunction with the sales teams. This involves coordinating access to all data and services the client is entitled to receive, both direct from Nasdaq and through 3rd party vendors.
  • Analyze, communicate, and raise client concerns as they relate to Nasdaq product offerings to leadership

What We Expect

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Strong customer service and client facing skills.
  • Must be amenable to work morning and/or mid shift throughout the work week and at least two times per week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

What Would Be Helpful

  • Experience working in the market data industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of equity indices and financial data
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or related tool
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or related tool
  • Experience working in a client facing role
