The Team

Join our Client Services EMEA Trading team in London and take a leading role at the intersection of finance and technology.

As a Senior Consultant, you'll support leading financial institutions in leveraging the MX.3 platform across Trading, Securities Finance, Investment Management, and Balance Sheet Management.

Based in a small and agile office in the heart of the City, you'll be close to our clients and gain hands-on experience with real-world business challenges, working alongside traders, quants, and product experts.

Your Missions/What You'll Do

• Own client delivery on Trading topics: Lead critical incident resolution, drive root-cause analyses, and ensure high service quality (SLAs, incident governance, post-mortems).
• Steer implementation & upgrade projects: Shape solution design, oversee configuration & testing, secure smooth cutovers, and de-risk complex migrations.
• Act as trusted advisor to the front office: Analyze business needs, propose fit-for-purpose solutions, and guide clients toward best practices to maximize MX.3 value.
• Interface with Product & Development: Consolidate enhancement requests, prioritize with Product teams, track fixes/new features, and coordinate end-to-end delivery.
• Lead client workshops, demos, and training: Structure content for different audiences (traders/IT/management), and promote adoption of new capabilities.
• Mentor and raise the bar: Coach junior consultants, structure knowledge transfer, and contribute to internal standards, tooling, and ways of working.
• Bring the outside in: Capture market signals and client pain points (Trading/SecFin/IM/BSM) to feed product evolution and influence roadmaps.

Your Profile/Who You Are

• You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Financial Markets, or related field.
• Has relevant prior experience.
• Proven track record in capital markets client services or front-office support/implementation, with hands-on delivery across Trading topics (e.g., pricing/market data, trade capture, real-time monitoring, lifecycle).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and UNIX; familiarity with software development practices. Python is a plus. Experience with MX.3 (or similar trading platforms) is highly valued.
• Demonstrates fact-based problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to steer stakeholders.
• Exhibits excellent communication abilities (written & oral).
• Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership in a smaller office setup, working independently when needed, and navigating remote collaboration effectively.
• Shows autonomy and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
• You're fluent in English and excited about the opportunity to work in London.
