The Team

The Technical Delivery Lead will join the IT / Technical Operations team and lead the technical delivery of complex IT projects, primarily focused on technical operations systems within manufacturing, supply chain, and quality departments. The Delivery Lead will serve as a central point of coordination between stakeholders, off-shore delivery teams, and internal architecture boards, ensuring that requirements are accurately translated into high-level technical designs and that any roadblocks are quickly identified and resolved.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the technical delivery of IT systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into high-level and low-level technical solution designs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including off-shore development and testing teams, to ensure successful execution of technical workstreams.
• Represent IT solutions at Architecture Review Boards, explaining and justifying technical designs.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security standards across all project phases.
• Manage the integration of cloud platforms (e.g., Workday, quality systems) including single sign-on setup and data interfacing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify existing system capabilities and define needs for additional platform integrations.
• Support and oversee testing phases and drive timely resolution of defects and technical issues.
• Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to deliver project milestones.

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience in interfacing and integration projects involving cloud and ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, Workday).
• Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of IT systems within complex environments.
• Solid understanding of technical architecture, process automation, and enterprise system design.
• Experience working in regulated industries—pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate global onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in representing designs at review boards.
• Experience in testing coordination and managing bug fix resolutions.
