As a lender advisor at CapitalBox, you will help Danish small and medium-sized companies find the right financing solutions. The role involves close dialogue with customers, advising on opportunities, and finalizing agreements. Key Responsibilities

  • Development of the Danish SME portfolio through sales and processing of applications for invoice purchase and loans.
  • Continuous follow-up on leads and active maintenance of a daily pipeline through outbound sales over phone, network, and meetings.
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships.
  • Sales to existing customers, including top-up loans and cross-selling of other products.
  • Advisory throughout the customer journey from application to disbursement of funds.
  • Negotiation with customers on payment terms, including handling of conversion proposals and collection procedures.
  • Ensuring that all customer contacts and services meet high standards.
  • Collection of necessary documentation from customers.
  • Contribution to product and service improvements focusing on customer needs and added value.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within complex solutions or financial products.
  • Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Background from banking or fintech is an advantage.
  • Experience in outbound sales, both by phone, digitally, and physically.
  • Knowledge of SME loan products and basic understanding of invoice purchase, credit management, or similar is an advantage.
  • Strong sales skills and experience with CRM systems.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a genuine interest in professional and personal development.
  • Positive, proactive, and good at working with people.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to combine commercial understanding with financial insight.
  • Experience in leading negotiations and closing sales.
