Job Highlights:

• Understand the department's strategy to arrange client's implementation solutions for the team's activities plan.
• Lead the promotion of products to customers and identify and promote cross selling opportunities.
• Well collaboration with Regional/ TB Product to arrange Project/ services implementation.
• Support the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to meet the department's revenue targets by understanding customers' business requirements and preparing recommendations on suitable products or services implementation.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key customers to develop and implement new services, solutions and to deliver excellent customer service.
• Anticipate as well as be sensitive to shifting customer expectations and suggest appropriate measures to ensure the Bank stays ahead of competitors.
• Work in partnership with TB Sales, TB Products, Relationship Managers in the Branch and Regional Headquarters to support in implementing products and provide Subject Matter Expertise on Transaction Banking products to customers.
• Work in partnership with the customer to collect information to prepare detailed analysis to support structuring the RFP and implementation solutions
• Work in partnership with various departments within the Bank to support in delivering seamless transactions/ implementation solution to the customer. Departments including but not limited to Legal, Operations, Compliance and Risk.
• Work in partnership with colleagues in the department to support in resolving customer incidents.
• Work in partnership with the Regional Transaction Banking team and Head Office to obtain support with technical issues and product development.
• Leading TB initiative/ project independently to delivery good result.
• To build excellent relationships with key customers by delivering a high quality of service and technical support.
• To work in partnership with Regional Office or Head Office to seek guidance on complex system issues
• To work in partnership with the IT departments of the bank to ensure regular system updates are completed to deliver a high quality of service.
• To work in partnership with the customer onsite, when required to support with complex technical issues.
• To work in partnership with relevant stakeholders to resolve any complex hardware and software issues as well as recommend solutions.
• Support, sharing, training on Transaction Banking products & analysis knowledge.
• Well manage related stakeholders' relationship to negotiate and solve TB department issues.
• Innovate and simplify the TB BAU tasks; proactively leading subordinate to complete with high productivity.
• Provide timely and sound technical guidance to customers on system issues
• Support projects within the department to ensure they are delivered within the bank's scope, on time and within budget.
• Manage the risk profile of the department's by supporting testing of the systems and processes to minimize operational failure and impact to customers.
• Support in managing the risk profile for the department and ensure compliance to the policies / guidelines of the bank.
• High risk awareness and compliance culture with deep dive on MUFG policy, Local regulation study to improve the BAU.
• Adhere to all company policies / guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• University degree majoring in Economics, Banking, Finance, Accounting, etc
• Applicant must have a recognized Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking.
• Good knowledge of transaction banking systems and products.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
• Strong knowledge of online banking software and hardware system.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a team.
