Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Analysis of complaints reported by the service manager in the dealer shop and creation of error diagnoses
  • Development of diagnostic routines and corrective measures
  • Telephone and electronic training of workshop staff to resolve errors that have occurred in the vehicle
  • Creation of technical reports to document specific complaint cases
  • Cooperative collaboration with development areas and other relevant interfaces at the vehicle manufacturer

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Detailed knowledge of Otto and diesel engines, electronic engine management, manual and automatic transmissions, chassis and drivetrain, braking systems including electronic ABS systems, vehicle electrical and electronic systems, and active safety systems (theft alarm systems, electronic immobilizers, airbags)
  • Automotive engineer, master, or technician
  • Good PC skills, MS Office, diagnostic applications
  • Service experience
  • Analytical skills / quick comprehension
  • Professional communication skills in dealing with dealers
  • Very good English language skills
