As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers and dealerships by phone and email. Your mission is to provide clear information, follow up on cases and ensure customers receive a great service experience.
Your main responsibilities:
This position is based in Madrid. The first two months are on-site for training and onboarding. After that, the role becomes hybrid (50% remote).
- Fluent Dutch (C2 or advanced)
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable talking to customers by phone and email
- Organized, proactive and able to follow processes
- Basic computer and CRM skills
What we offer:
- Permanent full-time contract (40 hours/week)
- Salary: €22,000 gross per year
