As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers and dealerships by phone and email. Your mission is to provide clear information, follow up on cases and ensure customers receive a great service experience.
Your main responsibilities:
This position is based in Barcelona. The first two months are on-site for training and onboarding. After that, the role becomes hybrid (50% remote).
Fluent Dutch (native or advanced)
Good English communication skills
Comfortable talking to customers by phone and email
Organized, proactive and able to follow processes
Basic computer and CRM skills
