Description of the Position

We are looking for a technical assistance specialist to join our team of experts, dedicated to supporting retailers and independent workshops in terms of diagnosis and repair. It's an opportunity to be at the heart of automotive innovation, supporting technicians in providing exceptional customer service.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Provide technical support on various systems, with a focus on diagnosis and root cause analysis
  • Accompany dealers in repair processes and ensure accurate documentation of cases
  • Take charge of cases, from their opening to their resolution or escalation, ensuring clear and professional communication
  • Research technical information in manuals and databases to facilitate problem resolution
  • Collaborate with technicians and internal teams of dealers to solve complex issues
  • Follow up and manage ongoing cases to reduce backlogs
  • Escalate cases when necessary, ensuring that all relevant information is properly documented
  • Communicate on product issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform in-depth analysis before any escalation or case reassignment
  • Support retail teams by identifying training needs and filling skill gaps
  • Develop strong relationships with retailers and workshop teams to enhance service efficiency
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing high-quality diagnosis and repair support

Qualifications

Profile sought:

  • Diploma in automotive technology or equivalent experience
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive mechanics and electric vehicles
  • Experience in technical support or workshop diagnosis
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools
  • Ability to read technical schematics and interpret measurement data
  • Analytical mind, organizational skills, and customer orientation
  • Fluency in (language local) and English

A general automotive diagnostic skills assessment test will be part of the recruitment process.
