Marsh is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to act as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers. This role blends communication, organization, and problem-solving to manage order tracking and reporting tasks effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the primary contact for customer needs, concerns, and updates
• Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring timely follow-ups
• Use Microsoft Excel to create, manage, and analyze reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Identify and help resolve service issues
• Support team members and help maintain operational standards

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or support role
• Education: Associate's degree preferred
• Core Skills:
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, sorting/filtering, basic pivot tables)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
