An Implementation Consultant at Motive is responsible for leading the onboarding and implementation process for some of the organization's most strategic, high-value enterprise customers. This role ensures that clients successfully transition to new hardware and software solutions, realize initial goals, and are prepared for long-term success and platform adoption.
What You'll Do:
- Project Leadership & Customer Onboarding Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation process for assigned clients, including initial platform setup, orientation, training, and general readiness.
- Client Success & Relationship Management Partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders. Build long-term client relationships by understanding unique customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Hardware and Software Configuration Support enterprise customers with installation and configuration of Motive solutions, bridging the gap between complex hardware and software environments.
- Training & Enablement Train customers and empower them to become self-sufficient administrators, ensuring they are ready for post-implementation ownership of the Motive platform.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work with sales, account management, and product teams to ensure a unified customer experience. Guide the transition from pre-sale discovery to implementation, and then to long-term support.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution Anticipate and resolve client challenges proactively. Adapt your approach as needed to address changing requirements and unexpected obstacles.
- Process Optimization Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and implementation processes and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in implementation, client management, or a related field managing technology deployments at scale.
- Demonstrable success in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
- Experience configuring, deploying, and supporting both hardware and SaaS solutions preferred.
