Responsibilities

• Planning and Execution of Deliveries: Accompany the monthly plan and daily delivery schedule, ensuring compliance with volumes. Identify possible deviations and support in resolving problems with operational areas.
• Customer Portfolio Management: Monitor the order portfolio, address billing priorities, and support the sales team. Ensure the issuance of documents (contracts, FA, SADM, debit/credit notes) and follow up on cases in the portfolio under your responsibility.
• Inventory and Budget Monitoring: Work with PCP to ensure raw material availability according to the budget, seeking to meet the demands of clients and the commercial area in a balanced way.
• Inter-Departmental Relationship: Serve as a contact point between areas such as Industrial, Planning, PCP, Accounting, Logistics, and Sales, promoting alignment and collaboration.
• Customer Relationship: Accompany the order cycle until delivery, working with areas such as credit and collection to ensure process fluidity.
• Data Analysis and Decision Support: Perform simple analyses to support decisions, such as viability of changes in center or product, following defined approval processes.
• Operational Support: Provide visibility on the progress of deliveries and volumes, identifying risks and supporting the correction of deviations with involved areas.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• High level of proactive problem-solving skills;
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement changes in workflows;
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and communicate with other departments and teams;
• Ability to work effectively and create effective partnerships with employees at all levels within the organization.
