Customer Relationship Manager

What will be your responsibilities?
- Customer Relationship: Build solid and long-lasting relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and growth of the portfolio. Activate the sales team whenever necessary. Follow up on the order to resolve problems in the delivery cycle (e.g., interface with credit/billing areas, etc.).
- Portfolio Management: Constantly monitor the customer portfolio, identifying opportunities, risks, and ensuring the optimization of resources. Address the month's billing priorities with Relationship and Tactical Analysts, providing support to the sales team in portfolio monitoring. Ensure contract signatures and issuance of FA, SADM, debit/credit notes. Being responsible for the management of cases in your portfolio.
- Planning and Execution: Develop delivery plans, monitor performance, and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction, acting in the management of expectations during peak times and influencing the push in times of factory idleness and monitoring daily execution of the delivery schedule, identifying deviations and activating operational teams.
- Data Analysis: Build data to make strategic decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze the viability of margin for changes as center and product, being responsible for seeking authorizations and approvals according to the governance of processes.
- Support to Areas: Collaborate with the various areas of the company to ensure the efficiency of processes and the delivery of results, giving visibility to the fulfillment of the schedule and identifying deviations and risks in the transactional customer volumes.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Intermediate English;
- High level of proactive and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement changes in workflows;
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and communicate with other departments and teams;
- Ability to work effectively and create effective partnerships with employees at all levels within the organization.
