The Role / El Puesto

You'll provide first and second-level support for users, systems, and equipment on-site. That means fixing hardware and software issues, keeping networks healthy, and making sure IT policies aren't just words on paper. Darás soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel a usuarios, sistemas y equipos en planta. Eso implica resolver problemas de hardware y software, mantener las redes funcionando y asegurarte de que las políticas de IT se cumplan.

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Principales

• Solve hardware, software, and network issues quickly.
• Provide on-site and remote support to users.
• Escalate complex problems to global IT when needed.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and network devices.
• Install and update operating systems and corporate apps (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive).
• Keep accurate records of incidents and solutions in Fresh Service Desk.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses.
• Support IT projects like migrations, security updates, and infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications / Lo Que Buscamos En Ti

• Degree in IT, Systems, Networks, or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support (industrial or corporate environments).
• Intermediate to advanced English for global IT communication.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (switches, routers, VLANs).
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
• Organized, proactive, and good at prioritizing.
