This is an opportunity for an experienced Account Executive or BDM with a track record of selling SaaS applications software in a fast-paced high growth company to join our ANZ sales team based in Sydney or Brisbane to secure new customers who can realise the benefits and full potential of using Mooven. It's about helping Mooven become one of the essential construction technology platforms our customers rely on to realise their objectives, smarter and faster. It's also about playing an influential role in changing the way individuals, teams, organisations and an entire industry do things.

You'll be a self-starter who likes to get stuck in and source your own leads to identify new and existing customers within major construction firms, government authorities and engineering companies who specialise in construction, roads and infrastructure projects where the work has either a perceived or real disruptive impact on the community.
But ultimately you're responsible for closing deals and bringing in new business to grow our client base within your assigned territories and increase our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) so we can continue to fuel our growth, support our customers to be more productive and successful and create space for cities to thrive.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
We're looking for skilled, down-to-earth Sales person who is passionate about what we do and has the confidence and growth mindset to quickly absorb the learnings from our past to identify and help the customers who are facing the types of problems our platform can help them to solve.
Our ideal candidate will have:
What deal sizes will I be selling? You'll mostly be working on deals worth around $40-70k a year.
Are the Account Executives achieving their sales targets? Yes. Our existing team has to work hard but typically achieves or exceeds their quota.
Will this role participate in a commission plan? Yes. You will be incentivised and rewarded for the Annual Contract Value of new deals.
When is commission paid? Monthly, following the first customer payment.
