Locally grown, veteran owned waste hauler is looking for more fun, energetic people to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced company with an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Belgrade, MT. L&L has a very high standard when it comes to customer service. Our employees are the face of our company, and we are looking for an individual who will represent us well within our community, the Gallatin Valley and beyond.
The successful candidate needs excellent verbal communication and customer service skills to communicate with new and existing customers about their residential and commercial needs. This team-player role will have high call volume to answer and respond to customer questions, from both the phones and computers.
This vital full-time position will be signing up new clients, supporting our client base, and coordinating delivery/retrieval schedules. The attention to details are imperative and very strong computer skills are a must. This includes learning our specific routing/client software programs.
