The Fixed Base Operations (FBO) Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations at the fixed base of operations, ensuring a seamless experience for pilots, passengers, and clients. This role involves managing reservations, coordinating flight services, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced aviation environment. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Starting Pay: $20/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:
- Flexible 30 to 40 hours/week - all shifts are 10-hour days, with 3 consecutive days off
- Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday Full time (40 hours a week)
- Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (30 hours a week)
- Weekdays: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service, managing multiple requests such as reservations, special services, and flight scheduling
- Operate telephones, radios, and dispatch systems to communicate and coordinate aircraft arrivals, departures, and flight school operations
- Process customer payments, manage invoices, and handle retail sales, including balancing credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation for flights, services, and financial transactions
- Support daily lobby and customer area upkeep, including stocking supplies and light cleaning
- Assist with coordination of transportation, catering, and other customer services to ensure a seamless experience
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, X1-FBO, and general computer operations; able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, maintaining professionalism with diverse customer groups and coworkers
- High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of receptionist or related experience; integrity and trustworthiness required
- Aviation experience preferred; ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and schedules
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work prolonged periods at a desk
- Flexible work schedule availability
