Location: Bozeman, Belgrade or Manhattan Montana Company: Stockman Insurance Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Office Manager / Agency Leadership Compensation: Salary depending on experience. We're currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our office and support the growing needs of our Gallatin Valley clients. What You'll Do:

• Manage a diverse book of commercial clients, including contractors, tech firms, ag operations, retail businesses, and local nonprofits.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and policy changes with accuracy and care.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships through responsiveness and professionalism.
• Work closely with producers and underwriters to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverages.
• Maintain up-to-date records in our agency management system (we use Applied Epic).

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management preferred
• Active Montana Property & Casualty license (preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management software
• A team mindset and a positive, community-focused attitude
