You support key account teams on a wide variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.
How you will contribute:
You will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customers within the traditional trade channel leading customer relationships and commercial agreement
- Lead commercial negotiations, including terms, agreements, and investments
- Develop and execute annual joint business plans (JBPs) aligned with company objectives
- Design and implement promotional initiatives in collaboration with CP & marketing teams
- Deliver key KPIs: sales, market share, distribution, etc.
- Ensure best-in-class execution in-store in close collaboration with field sales teams
- Analyze business performance and translate insights into actionable plans
