Account Manager
Scott Springfield by Modine is a tier-1 supplier that offers scalable air handling solutions for commercial and industrial customers across North America. SSM has garnered a hard-earned reputation for customer service, quality and reliability. SSM operates three manufacturing facilities in Calgary and is looking to add an Account Manager to the team.
This role will be based at our 2234 Portland St SE location in Calgary Alberta.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical product support to the assigned territory.
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop technically compliant custom AHU solutions.
- Ensure AHU designs align with manufacturing strengths, capabilities and standards.
- Work with assigned independent rep firms to secure Basis of Design favorable to Scott Springfield.
- Drive sales volume and meet or exceed profitability expectations.
- Interface and coordinate the unique needs and requirements of the customer, territory and internal Engineering and Production teams.
- Periodically travel to the customers' sales office located throughout North America to provide sales support, training, and customer targeted presentations.
- Host customers for factory visits.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years in a highly technical, engineered product environment and/or technical sales role (HVAC experience preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCad.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Superior problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence, inspire, and engage others to achieve success as a team.
