Position Summary

This is an entry to junior level career opportunity to join our Customer Success team. Our Customer Success team focuses on ensuring our clients see value planning their construction projects in Touchplan®, as well as building engagement with the platform. Being part of this team will give you the opportunity to help build Touchplan's business, help shape the Touchplan® product, and help shape the construction industry by having a tangible impact on the projects of our clients. Essential Functions

  • Launch new projects, manage / maintain customer project data and oversee technical client training / adoption of best practices
  • Work to resolve all product and project-related customer questions and requests efficiently and effectively
  • Handle client interactions with calm professionalism, quick execution and a sense of urgency to uphold our reputation for excellent customer service
  • Drive increased engagement for new and existing clients
  • Help specify, outline and advocate for UI/UX improvements based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to Customer Success or Account Management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise software applications
  • Excellent organizational, project management, consultative and time management skills
  • Passion for working on a small, dedicated, agile and determined team
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills, as well as active listening skills
  • Solid sense of empathy for clients, as well as a passion for revenue growth
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, balancing quality and speed

Bonus Experience or Skills

  • Construction management, architecture, engineering or project controls experience
  • Experience with Lean Construction and the Last Planner system

Starting Initial Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Full benefit plan including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k) with generous employer match and an HSA employer contribution in certain circumstances.
