Customer Technical Support Manager – Europe Region
The Europe CT7/T700/F404/F414/F110 Customer Product Leader possesses extensive technical engine and business knowledge, serves as an expert technical resource and field service representative for regional customers, also serving as Customer Service Manager for regional customers. You will also be responsible for actively monitoring industry trends and influencing business relationships, while maintaining ownership of customer technical export licenses, Business Agreements and GTA's while maintaining strict compliance with GE Aerospace and US government international trade regulations. This position is a global mobility employee role based in either the United Kingdom or Poland.
As the Customer Technical Support Manager, you will serve as the single-point focal for technical inquiries and business support for CT7/T700/F404/F414/F110 customers in the Europe region. This role requires travel and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the single-point focal for all technical inquiries, providing timely and effective guidance to meet customer operational needs.
- Creating and managing users in military and commercial technical data portals.
- Providing business support to assigned customers, including negotiations, concessions, and exploration of new business opportunities.
- Utilizing Fleet Data Management systems to update regional CT7 fleet utilization (hours/cycles).
- Conducting and/or participating in business deal reviews, PCB technical reviews, SPMT safety reviews, and customer technical reviews.
- Collaborating with Lynn CT7/T700/F404/F414 and Evendale F110 technical, safety, and program leadership teams to provide customer perspective and input to critical business decisions.
- Traveling to support customers in the Europe region, including training and customer conferences in the US and other locations.
- Navigating across customer and internal organizations to support customer needs.
- Owning and negotiating Technical Assistance Agreements with GE International Trade Compliance and the US Government.
- Managing Customer SalesForce Opportunities for regional customers and MROs (BAs, GTAs, etc.).
- Leading the implementation of daily management and standard work across the CT7 team with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
- Using structured problem-solving processes to find impactful solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborating with the BDI team to identify customer spare parts requirements and manage delinquencies.

Basic qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a field service or maintenance position supporting GE rotorcraft/turbojet engines.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Ability and willingness to relocate to domestic or international locations to support business needs.
- Ability and willingness to successfully complete all requirements for domestic and international customer assignments.

- Experience working independently and solving multi-faceted problems across teams and regions.
- Proficiency in managing commercial terms, conditions, and governmental regulations.
- Familiarity with GE business review processes and CT7/T700/F404/F414/F110 customers.
- Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment and influence GE customers and peers.
- Energetic eagerness to learn and apply new ideas and methods.
