The Member Tech Support Representative provides technical assistance to members by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving online account issues through inbound calls. Primary duties will include answering member questions and troubleshooting technical issues related to the Member Portal (computer web browser & phone application). This includes asking questions, gathering information for reporting to internal IT teams, creating clear/detailed documentation, and using common technical knowledge.
