What's in it for you?

What will you be doing?
- Promote excellent customer-oriented services
- Primary end user contact for IT help desk
- Responsible for technical support of client computers, printers, mobile devices
- Work with System Administrator and Cybersecurity
What do you bring?
- Experience with PC Hardware, Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office
- Help Desk Ticketing and Asset Management
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical clients
- Multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
