Are you passionate about solving problems and helping people? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll assist with billing inquiries, process payments, provide portal navigation support, and handle general questions—all while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding billing, payments, and account navigation.
• Deliver accurate information and outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
• Take ownership of customer requests and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Analyze information to make sound decisions and provide effective solutions.
• Perform basic math calculations (percentages, addition, subtraction, division) to address billing concerns.
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Adhere to corporate policies, regulatory standards (SOX), and security protocols (PCI).
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
• Work overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
• Experience: 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred. Experience in a high-volume contact center is a plus.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Skilled in multitasking and navigating multiple screens. Professional, reliable, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O Fallon, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
