Location: O'Fallon, MO (On-site) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm CST Training Schedule: 8:00am–4:30pm CST, Monday–Friday Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in O'Fallon, MO. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–2 years of customer service experience, especially those who excel in high-volume environments. You will act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, questions, and service needs, delivering exceptional support across all interactions. This is an on-site, 5-days-per-week position, not remote, and requires scheduling flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support to incoming calls within an automated call delivery environment
• Take ownership of customer inquiries and billing issues and ensure complete resolution
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver end-to-end service solutions
• Navigate multiple internal systems and applications (training provided) to research and resolve issues
• Work effectively as part of a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Apply product and process guidelines appropriately
• Support other teams and complete additional transactions as business needs evolve
• Complete assignments and additional duties as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong data entry capabilities
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel (basic required; advanced skills a plus)

Work Environment & Schedule

On-site position Standard hours: 10:30am–7:00pm CST, Monday–Friday Training hours: 8:00am–4:30pm CST, Monday–Friday Flexibility required for coverage between 8:00am–7:00pm CST Occasional overtime and some Saturdays may be required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O FALLON, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
