What will you be doing?

  • Respond professionally to calls and emails from drivers, dispatchers, and customers regarding dock scheduling and shipment inquiries
  • Schedule and maintain dock appointments in the TCS online portal
  • Monitor and audit TCS scheduling data daily to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Retrieve, organize, and upload shipment documentation into Salesforce and maintain shipment tracking spreadsheets in Excel
  • Post daily shipment transactions and inventory adjustments within multiple customer SAP systems
  • Enter and manage accurate data across SAP, Salesforce, and internal tracking tools
  • Participate in weekly customer calls to gain exposure to client relationship management
  • Complete a project supporting business operations or process improvement
  • Support additional Customer Service team initiatives as assigned

What makes you the right fit?

  • You either have an Associate's degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field OR are currently enrolled in a relevant internship or degree program
  • You have prior customer service or account support
  • You have strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
  • You are comfortable working with numbers and entering high-volume transactional data
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • You can learn new systems quickly (Even better -- you are familiar with SAP and/or Salesforce)
  • You are able to communicate efficiently and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • You have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • You are able to maintain confidentiality and discretion where appropriate

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or operate office equipment
