Job Description: At Regions, the Loan Servicing and Customer Service Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Loan Servicing which may include special servicing, loan workout, investor relations, and loan operations. This position is formally trained to provide customer service back up support when call volumes are high. During those peak times, this position will also respond to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding Loan Servicing products or services.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Training: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (3 months)
Following training: Must be able to work 40 hours Monday-Friday anytime between 7am-6pm. Shifts will be assigned based on business needs.

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Minimum: $32,465.00 USD
Median: $38,648.40 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
