We are seeking self-motivated, experienced Customer Service oriented individuals to join our team as full-time Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities and duties include:
Providing phone support for customers.
Accurate order entry and shipment processing.
Responding to customer emails in a timely manner.
Becoming knowledgeable about all aspects of our product lines.
Supporting and assisting the sales team.
Qualifications and skills include:
Three (3) or more years of Customer Service experience.
Strong data entry skills.
Experience in the Garment industry is considered a plus.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work independently while participating as part of a team.
