As a Business Development Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the IT services industry. This role requires an individual who is highly skilled in prospecting, developing relationships, and closing sales. You will engage with C-level executives, leverage your vast network, and collaborate across all business units to drive pipeline growth and revenue. If you have a passion for technology, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to lead from the front, we want to hear from you.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales, specifically in the IT services industry. Extensive network within the IT and technology sectors with strong connections to OEMs and key industry influencers. Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and close high-value deals with executive-level clients. Demonstrated ability to convert pipeline to sales, cross sell/upsell additional services to existing clients, close at least 4 new logo accounts per year. Expertise in value-based selling techniques, consultative sales processes, and solution-oriented approaches. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units to close deals and ensure client success. Self-starter with a drive to meet and exceed targets, a hunter mentality, and a passion for sales. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Extensive travel.
