Treasury Management Support Analyst

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will:

• Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area
• Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables
• Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience with treasury management products and services
• Business-to-business sales, client support, and/or treasury management sales experience
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information (intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills)
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills

Job Expectations:

• This position will require up to 15% of travel
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 remote)
• This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
• Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range: $28.85 - $48.08
