Technical Support Print Services Technician

Our client, an industry leader in technology services, is seeking a Technical Support Print Services technician to join their team. As a Technical Support Print Services Technician you will be part of the technical support department supporting customer service and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Apply basic knowledge of job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete various assignments and tasks.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding and clarifying customer needs.
• Handle customer relation issues promptly and escalate as necessary following established procedures.
• Provide software service, post-sales, or service delivery support for local accounts on standard systems.
• Respond to service, product, technical, and customer relation inquiries efficiently and professionally.

What's Needed?

• Minimum Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree (technical field) or Degree holder with less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
• Basic project management, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers, peers, and support partners.
• Capability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations.
