This position involves coordinating and collaborating on scholastic championship jewelry orders. It requires working with various departments, including Sports Marketing, Sales Representatives, the Jostens Art Department, the Eagan Tool & Die Center, Manufacturing plants, Accounting, and Marketing Services. The goal is to ensure the accurate and timely shipment of quality Jostens products to meet presentation deadlines. Responsibilities include assisting sales representatives with design specifications, providing suggestions, processing artwork, managing tooling, and setting up product offerings. The role also involves obtaining licensing approvals, placing stone orders, handling pricing and commissions, and preparing orders for processing. Additionally, the position requires coordinating schedules with Art, Tooling, and Manufacturing facilities, as well as following up on pending orders.
Required: • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2 years previous customer service experience. • Ability to work independently in an organized manner as well as being a team player. • Working knowledge of College products & processes. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications. • Strong oral and written communication skills in working with internal & external customers at all levels. • Ability to make decisions and exercise judgement. • Ability to resolve complex issues independently. • Oracle knowledge preferred.
Preferred: • Prior experience at Jostens or 1 year of rep service experience in lieu of.
Communicate with Sports Marketing, Sales Representatives, and Athletic Departments/Coaches to develop and implement products. Coordinate the delivery of championship rings to customers with the plants and sales representatives. Manage and resolve accounting and warranty-related issues, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with warranty obligations. Order artwork, tooling, and stones including obtaining licensing approvals. Product offering set up and preparing order for processing.
