The Registered Administrative Assistant improves the efficiency and productivity of TruStone's Investment Advisor Representatives and acts as an internal staff advocate/trainer, bringing awareness to and engagement with the Advisor program.
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm at our Golden Valley Branch; non-exempt.
In addition: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing or Insurance, or equivalent work experience. 1+ years of administrative and/or financial experience. Previous experience and working knowledge of both brokerage and insurance products, terms, functions, suitability and compliance aspects, preferred. NASD Series 6 or 7 along with Series 66 registrations preferred. If not properly licensed upon hire, the incumbent will have 9-months to obtain the necessary credentials. State life insurance, disability and variable licenses required. If not properly licensed upon hire, the incumbent will have 6-months to obtain the necessary credentials. Experience in computer systems including MS Office, Internal and email equivalents. Good verbal and written communication skills - must be able to present self professionally in person and over the telephone. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining good organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and within timeframes. Ability to be self-motivated and perform tasks with minimal supervision. Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks. Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
The hiring range for this hourly position is $23.50 to $29.50 per hour, plus an additional $500-$1,100 per month in incentive, if licensed. Other incentive opportunities available for non-licensed.
