We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support project execution teams by maintaining alignment between internal project execution plans, contract delivery dates, business objectives, and an overall portfolio level resource plan. In alignment with Project Engineering, the Project Coordinator facilitates the flow of information and actions across the Operations departments throughout the project lifecycle. Heavily focused on data processing and task management, the primary areas of influence include prompt response and closure of departmental tickets, open action analysis, risk assessment, providing guidance to project engineers and project managers related to project-level changes, and quick action in support of critical objectives.
