We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a multi-year, enterprise-wide Guidewire SaaS implementation for Personal Lines (Auto and Home insurance products initially). This is a complex, heavily integrated program requiring exceptional leadership skills to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful delivery across a 5-year timeline. The successful candidate will oversee project managers from our Systems Integrator (SI) partner while directly managing Eliassen's integration workstream lead. This role requires a strong personality with proven experience managing large-scale, integrated SaaS implementations and vendor teams.
