Project Coordinator

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Saint Paul, Minnesota (MN) office! This is an in-office position working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating project submittals to various jurisdictional agencies, Cities, utilities, etc.
  • Contract administration and subconsultant IPO's
  • Interfacing with clients regarding project expectations as it relates to schedule and Kimley-Horn deliverable progress
  • Tracking projects, plans, and reports through the review process and keeping the project managers and clients updated on status
  • Coordinate printing and assembly of submittal packages
  • Create, maintain and track project schedules
  • Preparing weekly trackers or job status communications for clients
  • Creating, proofreading, editing, formatting, and finalizing project-related documents and reports
  • Creating monthly project reports for invoicing
  • Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of experience in project coordination and administration
    • Experience in the engineering or construction industry preferred
    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Strong proofing, formatting and editing skills
    • Positive, client-oriented, take-charge attitude
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities and performing well under deadline pressure
    • Ability to work well with various types of people and in a team environment
    • Must have a valid driver's license

    Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
