Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join an organization that is responsible for the analysis of fire sprinklers, firefighting foams, antifreeze solutions, and dry chemical agents to help building owners and/or their designated representatives fulfill various laboratory requirements in inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) standards. The Customer Service Associate responsible for all facets of customer service and responsibilities that support the testing process.
