Entry-Level It Support Specialist

We are looking for an entry-level IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is supporting day-to-day technical needs across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a basic foundation in IT support, and is committed to providing friendly, reliable phone and onsite support. This role is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while growing your technical skill set.

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line IT support and assist with basic technical issues
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and simple network/connectivity problems
• Support end users with workstation setups, device configuration, and peripheral equipment
• Document steps taken and update service tickets accurately
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed
• Maintain a customer-first mindset when helping users
• (Preferred) Provide basic support for clinical/healthcare applications or equipment

Requirements:

• 1+ years of IT support or help desk experience (internships or equivalent experience accepted)
• Ability to travel to multiple nearby locations when needed
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, PCs/endpoints, and common support tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Azure/AD exposure a plus)
• Strong problem-solving mentality and willingness to learn
• Solid communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach
• Ability to follow established processes, manage tasks, and ask for help when needed
• Preferred: Exposure to healthcare settings or clinical systems is a bonus, not required
