We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team in St. Paul, MN for a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The primary focus of this position is to assist customers by answering inquiries, processing requests, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process orders, returns, and account updates while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain and update customer records in company databases.
• Assist with data entry, documentation, and administrative support as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in customer service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
