We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role focuses on dispatching and coordinating service calls while maintaining effective communication with technicians and customers. As a long-term contract position, it offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls, including emergency requests, service inquiries, and follow-ups, ensuring prompt and attentive communication.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Create and manage dispatch tickets for incoming service requests.
• Assign service technicians to specific calls and conduct debriefs after job completion.
• Update systems with technician availability and schedules to optimize workflow.
• Maintain and organize the dispatch board to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Analyze workload forecasts to assist in resource planning.
• Provide technicians with essential information and ongoing support during service calls.
• Monitor and update tickets to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and scheduling or ticketing software.
• Basic knowledge of Excel for data management and reporting.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain schedules and dispatch boards.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Capable of handling stress and managing high-pressure situations.
