Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Data Entry Specialist to support our Customer Service team with essential administrative tasks. In this role, you will manage emails and chats, accurately enter critical information into our systems, and ensure timely updates of dates and addresses. Your ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English is key to providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Customer Service team with administrative tasks.
• Manage and respond to emails and chats professionally.
• Accurately enter information into the system for the CSR team.
• Gather and input dates, addresses, and other vital details efficiently.

Essential Skills:

• Strong proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt and fit into company culture.
• Open to candidates from any location.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
