Bilingual Account Manager

We are seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to join a dynamic, customer-focused team. This role combines order management and account ownership for global clients, primarily in South America. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include helping customers identify correct parts, managing order entry and quote creation in SAP or similar ERP system, updating customers on order status, shipping timelines, and documentation via email, handling data entry and maintaining accurate records for global accounts, collaborating with Sales Manager in Argentina and internal teams for bilingual communication, supporting approximately 500 customers per territory (mix of repeat and one-time orders), and participating in weekly product training with the engineering team.

Essential skills include bilingualism in Spanish/English, 3+ years of account management, order entry, or client services experience, proficiency in SAP or similar ERP system for order entry, strong data entry and documentation skills, high school diploma (minimum), ability to manage a territory and build customer relationships, and excellent email communication and organizational skills. Additional skills and qualifications include an associate degree or higher and experience in a similar industry (manufacturing/distribution).

This is a fully onsite role from 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. The workspace is a cubicle within an open, collaborative environment. The team consists of four members, fostering a family-oriented culture with open communication and team support. Hands-on training with experienced representatives and gradual onboarding are provided for success. There is an opportunity to manage global accounts and grow into full account ownership with direct access to leadership.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN. The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
